Our 10-year warranty covers the frame, motor mechanism, and desktop surface against manufacturing defects and material degradation under normal use. Simply contact our support team with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.

We offer free 30-day returns on all furniture. Items must be in original condition. We'll coordinate a pickup at your location and process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

All orders include complimentary white glove delivery. Our professional team will deliver your desk to your desired room, fully assemble it, and remove all packaging materials.

Yes. All of our hardwoods come from FSC-certified forests. We partner with responsible forestry programs and plant two trees for every one we use. Our finishes are VOC-free and water-based.
